Subject:	Registered successfully. Cannot login Cannot get support

Have registered successfully but could not login or request for Pfingo support. There is no way I could reach the Pfingo support without login, so how could I activate it. There is no other alternate method of reaching pfingo support. Please advise how I could reach pfingo support.

Subject:	How to get an additional pfingo number

Hi,

I am a pfingo user and I am looking to get an additional number which seems not possible unless you have another mobile number. Is there a way to get additional numbers - the plan is to have one at home and one on my mobile.

Subject:	Top up card dealer should explain to customer

Dear Pfingo officer,
I requested Myanmar Ywa computer and internet service shop located at level 3 Penisula Plaza in Singapore to sign up Pfingo account for me by paying S$5.00. The lady there ask my email address and telephone number. She said there will be S$3.00 balance in my account. She asked me to buy top up card worth S$12.00 I bought it. I don't know how to use it and she also never explain me detail. All my money paid for Pfingo is wasted.
